Heavy-Duty FJ80 Knuckle Ball Set

Trail-Gear was the first and only company to introduce aftermarket Toyota solid axle housings featuring new, heavy-duty forged knuckle balls to the off-roading community. Continuing that legacy of innovation, we’re proud to present our Heavy-Duty FJ80 Knuckle Balls.

Each knuckle ball is forged, heat-treated, and precision-machined from SAE 1035 steel for exceptional strength and durability. Designed to fit 3” OD x 1/4” wall tubing, they can also be ordered with optional machined billet adapters for welding onto 3.5” OD x 1/4” or 3/8” wall tubing. These are perfect for building a custom FJ80-style axle utilizing the larger FJ80 knuckle boxes.
