Refund policy

Whilst we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best service available, given the custom nature of the products and items imported/manufactured specifically on order we are unable to provide returns for change of mind.

Under ACCC we are not obliged to refund items that are being returned due to a “change of mind”. Please ensure you carefully select the correct product, and advise of any notes necessary when ordering. At our discretion we can however apply a restocking fee of 20% + return freight to individual cases. This only applies to unopened items within 10 business days of order.

Cancellations
No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior written consent of Hillfab(which is at Hillfabs sole discretion). If such consent is given it is, at Hillfab's election, subject to Hillfab being reimbursed all losses, including loss of profits, and paid a cancellation fee (being not less than 20% of the invoice price of the Goods).

Goods not returnable: Any goods specially made, including items cut to length. Any goods made, or purchased to a firm and irrevocable order or any goods altered or damaged by the Purchaser cannot be returned under any conditions.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods must be returned within 14 days of issuance of Hillfab's written consent.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returned goods shall be returned to Hillfab's place of trading or such other place nominated by Hillfab.

HOW do customers return items?
Returned Goods must be clearly marked with the Return Authorisation Number or such other reference provided by the Company.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping of returned goods. Goods returned in a damaged condition are not refundable.

CREDIT for returns?
Credits for returned goods (net of cancellation fees) shall be made by direct deposit or crediting the credit card used for the original purchase.
Instore return option?
Goods can be returned in person to Hillfab's trading address in person during normal business hours. 

Packing materials?
Goods shipped for return must be packaged in a similar manner to how it was shipped to you so that damage in transit does not occur.

Faulty products?

Hillfab will arrange replacement product on behalf of the customer with the manufacturer. Proof of damage must be produced by the customer within two days of receiving the goods. We cannot process a claim without proof. Manufacturer delays in responding/sending replacement products are outside of Hillfab's control.
